Restaurants like this one are hard to find these days. These folks are still making their stuff from scratch. They even still make the fried rice to order so it's always fresh. You get what you pay for and this place is with EVERY penny... I know these things because my wife works here part time. We love this place and knowing that they care about what they serve people is everything.

I was very disappointed. I had heard great things about East Asian Cuisine. Sadly to say, the best item of my entire order was the egg roll. It was nice & crunchy. The flavor was excellent & the portion was good. As for the rest of my order, not so much. The noodles in both the LoMein & the Cold Noodle Sesame were mushy. The LoMein was greasy & had an odd flavor I couldn't place, but it was not appealing. The cold noodles were greasy, as well & tasted like peanut butter, not sesame. It was not palatable at all. The fried dumplings had a flavorful filling. The dumpling was good. The dumpling sauce, however, had a sweetness to it and was oily. It did the dumplings an injustice. Lastly, were the California Rolls. I normally love them. These had an iodine taste. I mixed the ginger with the soy sauce & wasabi. I tried them with the sauce. It did help cover the taste a little, but not enough. I ordered all that I did so I would have a couple of meals. Sadly, I barely got 1 meal for $50.

the Chirashi was a joke. Few pieces of fish,mostly laying on a bed of pickled ginger rather than rice. The worst part, charging over 20$. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

6 pieces of sweet and sour chicken, 2 beef sticks 4 mini spring rolls and 2 tempura prawns for $28 is kinda wild.

Did not pay attention to special instructions and Veggie Lo Mein vary bland and too many onions and celery.
