• 9/28/25Ordered the East Bay Burger- and it was pretty flavorless... no seasoning at all. It also didn't arrive how I ordered it. I paid to sub French fries which were undercooked and cold. Also ordered the kids Kid's Chicken Basket- and the fries were the same. Overall very disappointing based on what I paid... wouldn't order again or recommend but maybe the sandwiches are better.

• 6/2/26My Charleston Deli Dip- was missing along with the upgrade for the Potatoe Salad. I was missing the extra cheese in my Oven Roasted Turkey Sandwich- and there was barely any Turkey on it. Overall, this was a FAIL!

• 8/4/25Our sandwiches (an EBD burger, Tuna Salad Sandwich-and The Citadel-) were good but the fries were batel cooked and condiment packets were packed in with sandwiches instead of juat in the bag which seemed kinda gross.

• 3/10/26Normally I love East Bay but today the fries were soggy and the cheese steak was over cooked. Horrible tastes for price very disappointing
