• 12/29/24Korma is my fav dish of ALL time, and East India continues to have the best korma I ever had. If you like Tikka Masala but are looking for something new to try, I'd recommend the Korma! I personally love to use the Garlic Naan to roll up some curry + basmati rice that is served alongside the curry dish. Indian burrito style af!
Don't forget to add Samosa Chaat and Mango Lassi (milkshake) to your order because they're the perfect combination for your pleasure and taste buds! Nothing is better than flavours and aromas of Indian spices and mango to level off the spice!
If youre looking for something that isn't a curry dish, or you don't know much about Indian food, I'd HIGHLY recommend Hyderabadi Dum Biryani with cilantro!

• 9/18/21Hands down the BEST Indian food in all of Portland! Great quality, flavours, service, the whole package and more. Never messed up the order, lots of vegetarian/vegan options, lots of variety of curries to choose from. I cant wait to try them all. However my personal favourite is the korma & samosas, as well as the chana pindi. The garlic naans are perfect: not too much, not too little. Everything about East India Co. is absolutely amazing. It's certainly my dad and I's favourite thing to order every time we get to spend a weekend together watching films.

• 1/6/24Best Indian I've had in Portland by a long shot. Saag paneer and chicken makhani were amazing. The korma was delicious, too, just not the style I prefer (I like 'em mild and creamy + on the sweeter side; theirs is very bold and gingery.)

• 10/6/23Ordered the tandoori Paneer Tikka (Grilled Home-Made Cheese). Wasn't tandoori at all. Just chunks of paneer brushed with some sauce. Insulting and disappointing for how much it costs. Id get the the paneer tikka masala instead.
