I have been craving some good oxtails for a while and omg I'm so glad I found this gem! My oxtails were perfectly tender and seasoned (I appreciate not having to season them to my southern liking) the cabbage was delectable and the rice and peas were on point! Order here now!!

I usually get the Sorrel, they were out and the replacement just may be my new favorite drink from TR. Large Jerk Chicken is more than enough to share, or have some now and later. The flavors are everything & more you are expecting Jerk Chicken to have. All side items arrived fresh and hot. Definitely recommend again and again 10/10, ordered during lunch time.

Can't believe we waited to try this place. The Curry Goat was flavorful and filling with tender meat and veggies, and the Jerk Chicken was smoky and delicious. And the Plantains were sweet and perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised.i ordered the Jerk Chicken with cabbage and plantains. The chicken was so tender and flavorful (sweet, smoky, and slightly spicy). The cage was perfectly cooked and savory. Following it all with the plantains. I highly recommend this place. Again and again.

recently stopped by Eat at The Spot and decided to try the oxtails with peas and rice, and I have to say the experience was absolutely worth it. The oxtails were incredibly tender and slow-cooked to perfection. The meat practically fell off the bone and was packed with rich, savory flavor that tasted like it had been simmering all day. The gravy was thick, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with the peas and rice.
The peas and rice were cooked just right—fluffy, flavorful, and a perfect balance to the richness of the oxtails. Every bite felt authentic and comforting, like a true home-cooked Caribbean meal.
What also stood out was the atmosphere and service. The staff were welcoming, patient, and made sure everything was just right with my order. You can tell they take pride in the food they serve and the experience they provide.
If you're craving well-seasoned, soulful food that hits the spot, the oxtails with peas and rice here are definitely something you should try.
