The eds meltwas fantastic, however the onion rings were dissapointing and I was excited to try them as I saw a commercial where they looked very good. These were undercooked, soggy, and sticky to each other with the batter falling off, no crunch whatsoever. Dissapointing as you pay extra for it.

My family and I loved it! The food was hot! The toppings were fresh and crisp. The fries we cooked and seasoned perfectly. We definitely be ordering from here again.

the wrong item was provided. I requested a turkey patty and was given beef instead. I don't eat beef, hence the turkey patty. also, the "burgers" consisted of two thin patties (think fast food patties) instead of a traditional patty. the fries were just sad.

The options were so confusing. You can't tell if they're for the sandwich or side. I called ahead before placing the order and gave guy the simple instructions. BLT is on toast, extra bacon, crispy, no mayo. Ed's tots are normal. He assured me he'd tell kitchen. I received bacon on toast, no LT, Ed's tots. So disappointing.
