Edley’s exceeded my expectations with this meal! The food was packaged perfectly, ensuring it stayed warm upon arrival. Every bite was delicious—tender and juicy burnt ends, flavorful grits, and green beans that brought back the comforting taste of home. The generous portion size means I even have leftovers to enjoy. We ordered the Smoker Sampler and while the food was fine, there was definitely not enough meat to justify the price. It would not feed 4. I don't recommend ordering the Smoker Sampler. Same with the banana pudding. You get a tiny amount for the price.

The Tri Star Platter had perfect portions of pork, chicken and brisket and each protein had its individual flavor profile to keep the meal interesting.
The Green Beans were actually cooked and seasoned very well and not just boiled with salt and put on the plate like some restaurants.
The cornbread was moist and flavored very well with jalepenos and other mix ins. I dont usually have high hopes for cornbread at BBQ restaurants because it feels like an afterthought, but you can tell the attention to this recipe is just as important as the BBQ that they are known for.

amazing food. i'm visiting from out of town so i wasn't sure what to expect. i was pleasantly surprised! the coleslaw is vinegar based and flavorful. the greenbeans are true southern soulfood style. the Smoked Wing Platter - 8 Piece was delicious and well cooked. the blue cheese was chunky and yummy, it wasn't the cheap packet stuff alot of places use. on the downside it was a tad expensive for the small portions, but everything tasted so delicious and i'm full. awesome place!
