I have tried the sushi from Edo Japan before and same thing but never had a bitter taste. It's taste so bitter some of them.

Overall, it is very tasteless. I'm surprised how the rolls and gyoza taste so similar despite being two completely different items. half the spring rolls arrived broken, and they definitely were not broken from transit.

The food is awesome as always, only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I ordered 2 bowls with noodles and as you can see they made all with rice
