The carne asada quesadilla is delicious. I added beans which gave it an added flavor. The beans are great. My overall opinion was the food is well worth the price just for the flavor alone. You also get a large serving .

For $18 it lacked meat. The fries were barely cooked mostly raw tasting and loaded to make it look full of meat. The meat was more slow roasted tasting than grilled. It had plenty of guacamole and sour cream but nothing else aside from that and cheese. Visually was unappealing.

This is the best Mexican food ive had since coming to coos bay a little over a year ago!! the carnitas were absolutely perfect and fried to perfection, the flavors on the beans and rice were out of this world!

Arrived, across town in around 20 minutes from order time.
2. Two Enchiladas
Hardly any meat (maybe two spoonfuls between both enchiladas) , but full of onion, bell pepper and tomato. Meat tasted as if it was lacking seasoning
Guacamole
Tastes great! Good tang but not overpowering. However, small amount for the price.

I’ve been craving POZOLE for over a year and couldn’t find a place that actually serves it—until I found Eduardo’s Taco Shop. And wow… it was incredible. Easily the best pozole I’ve ever had. Super flavorful, authentic, and clearly made with care. The 1. Five Rolled Tacos were great as well! So glad I finally found a spot that gets it right. Definitely coming back!
