I called the Cafe before placing my order on Door Dash to see if they would allow me to customize my order of hash browns. The person I spoke with was extremely friendly and courteous. They were more than happy to help with customizing my order. They understood that when they saw my order come in through Door Dash for just plain hash browns, that I wasn't allowed to customize anything on that order and to add the ingredients we had previously discussed. When I'd called them I'd planned on placing one order of hash browns but ended up placing 2 orders and they customized them both at no extra cost for the extra ingredients added. These were THE BEST HASH BROWNS I'VE EVER HAD FROM ANY RESTAURANT, CAFE..ETC! They have a wonderful staff and amazing customer service and it's rare to find excellent customer service for customers who don't come eat in person and they don't get tips from. best breakfast for the best price. More people will find out about this hole in wall family place to get a great breakfast with a lot food for cheaper then getting Mcdonalds. something wrong there. thanks Egg House for trying to keep the prices at a price us little people

restaurant was way behind in my order. sausage did not taste like normal sausage links and the hash browns were flavorless and soggy like they had been sitting the longest

American Fries were almost raw and comp unseasoned, Giant Glazed Cinnamon Roll looked like somehing from the grocery store.
