Never thought anyone could beat the bisquit and gravy from OD'S but these are perfection. The buisquit sare light and fluffy but with enough substance that holds up to the most delicious country gravy ( next to my aunt lindas ) ive ever had.
Onto the eggs, they make a perfect poached egg hands down. Their breakfast sausage is phenomenal. They remind me of sausage from Scotland that I had as a kid.
Everything ive tried from here has been above and beyond.

This is the best breakfast in Gilroy! From scrumptious egg dishes (benedicts, omelets, scrambles, skillets) to incredible sweet offerings (pancakes, waffles, French toast), you cant go wrong! They also traditional breakfast favs like chile quiles, chicken fried steak, avo toast and so much more. My personal favs are the Oreo pancakes and the crab cake Benedict.

delicious Kids 1/2 waffle & BaconBagel w/ Cream cheese perfect portion House Potatoes fresh and different but i love the fresh taste! oh and did i mention everything is fresh so yummy! will recommend

The Joe Scramble from Eggs and Waffles is really delicious and is the best in South County. I have this for breakfast at least once a week.

Bacon was undercooked gave me about three potatoes, not worth the money. I spent very disappointed.
