I wish I hadn't been so hungry, because I didn't take pictures of the wonderful mapu tofu and steamed pork belly. This meal has confirmed a new Eight Noodle client. Perfectly spiced mapu tofu, delicious and delicate pork belly. I added an order of steamed rice and I'm very pleased, because the sauces deserve their own meal.
