The food always tastes amazing. The cold brews are another story. If I order a chocolate or a vanilla cold brew, the chocolate or vanilla is ALWAYS sitting at the bottom and the coffee on top...the person making the drink never bothers to mix it...which is really annoying because they taste really good when actually mixed properly.

I love bagels from here and they're usually perfect. Today the bagels were burnt and hard as a rock. Again normally they are amazing
