The avocado breakfast bagel was not what they advertise. It had no roasted tomatoes. Actually was raw tomatoes. Egg was super cold and avocado was not fresh at all. For 9 dollars bagel it is not worth it. The portion is very small.

2days in a row I ordered a dozen bagels for a work meeting - both times asked for them sliced (I don't have knives at work to slice thick bagels) and both days they came unsliced.
It's happened before as well
One day I feel like it's just an honest mistake. Second day I feel like they just don't care.
Sad because everybody at work loves their bagels, and I usually order multiple days a month, but I won't be ordering from them again

The bagels were burnt. I paid extra for an asiago bagel and it was burnt. Very disappointing. Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar Sandwich

I ordered 2 separate items -
A brunch box & a dozen bagels. For 2 different work meetings in 2 separate rooms.
Einstein decided to lump both orders into 1 big box - that's not what I ordered
