The coffee here is very inconsistent. Some days I get & its perfect, other days like today I get it and it tastes like milk with caramel syrup and the color is a super pale color. Why pay $7 for an Iced Caramel Macchiato to just get sugar milk.

i would appreciate some consistency in their shmear. my latest Single Bagel with Shmear order barely had enough for one side and this isn't the first time it's happened.

for 2$ of cream cheese, I should have received more than what was on the bagel. not even covering all the bread. dissappointing

Not only is this place twice the price of other nearby bagel shops but you can't customize which bagels you get in a bundle. To add to that if you try to order individually it costs even more money. Ordered individually so kiddos could have the flavors they want and they charge more for adding a tub of cream cheese and forgot it. Overpriced. Inconsistent and not worth it. On sandwiches you cannot customize anything on it either. Awful experience and will stick to Brueggers

I am livid!! I was re charged $6.69 for a LARGE ORANGE JUICE, yet was given a small bottle of simply orange juice, which on their website cost $3.59!
Nonetheless, the food is great, that's why there is 4 stars!
