to be fair, first time eating from here. would prefer if we could customize our orders more. like swapping cheese? i kinda wanted the all nighter but I'm not a fan of America cheese and would have preferred cheddar. and i don't think i saw an option to remove the country pepper smear ... i would have removed it. warning it is black pepper spicy . fully scrambled egg would be nice too. probably won't order from here again but wasn't horrible. the hashbrown cake thing was different also not what I expected 😄 but good😊 OK update I would go back for another Strawberry & Cream Strudel ! that was Sooooooo Good. love the texture and flavor 😋

The Cheese pizza bagel is yummy! I love the twice baked hash browns and the party churro rivals other chain doughnut franchises. Simply delicious!

Usually this place is good and I order from here frequently, but today my food seems undercooked. I took one bite and said "nope." The bagel bread is too doughy and doesnt even look toasted and the bacon isn't even crispy. Questioning if this is even fully cooked. Smh very disappointing.

I don't know what is going on with Einstein Bros but they've gone downhill. Their bagel sandwiches are super soggy and soft like they're not cooked fully. This is the second time because I always try to give two chances because I understand there could be an off day. But I'll probably not order again.

the Half Dozen Bagel Box didn't have a cinnamon bagel but it was good. Twice-Baked Hashbrown was incredible as always and the Apple Pie Pastry was great too
