• 6/25/26Never had an issue with orders, every time it's great quality, packaged well, clean and tastes fresh. Their drinks are a little expensive, but I like that they aren't very sweet. Coffee quality is good and doesn't leave me with an awful crash later in the day like other places' coffee. VERY quick service, too

• 6/7/26Love Einstein's as I get them pretty often, but it's very unfortunate that they are not consistent with their quality. sometimes I get perfect bagels that are soft and warm with a perfect amount of cream cheese other times I get rockhard bagels with barely any cream cheese. not sure if it's the team on shift or if it's even out of their control but it's very unfortunate.  I end up refunding maybe two out of six of my orders.

• 9/22/25These are some delicious bagels. I prefer a NY deli style bagel and these are as close as I can find out here. Nice selection too. The orange juice is sub par. Over dilute and tasteless.

• 7/15/25They barely give you any avocado on the Avoc Toastado. It's very disappointing - so little avocado that you can see the bagel underneath the spread because it's so thin.
