Of the last couple of restaurants to use that space, this is the first one I want to see stay there for a long time. The ramen noodles, broth, and chicken chaashu are fantastic in the Shoyu Ramen , and there's plenty of noodles and toppings to make for an incredibly flavorful bowl of ramen. Packed neatly in big plastic bowl containers containing the broth, with the noodles and toppings all in a tray suspended above the broth under the lid. The bowls are a nice reusable container for a lot of things, too.

This is our first time ordering from here. We absolutely love it. We ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious. So flavorful and filling. We also ordered some Sashimi. The tuna and salmon. It was delicious. The tuna was like butter.

Unagi Don (Eel) came covered in kimchi (not ordered) and the rice was mushy and tasted old- not enjoyable at all. Tan Tan Ramen (Spicy) and Chicken Katsu were both very good which makes the eel even more disappointing.

I like a good bowl of udon, and the Beef Niku Udon exceeded expectations <3
Apparently all past mongolian beef ive eaten was a scam, because the Mongolian Beef opened my eyes to how tasty it can be.
