• 8/25/23Best Caldo de Res in town! This picky eater can't get enough. I've only tried a couple other items and they were also great. My son loves their flautas both the chicken & beef. Always a wonderful experience here <3

• 11/29/25I ordered the pork RIND burrito and the tradicional breakfast. Everything was good, and I was surprised to see that the pork RIND was actually good. Nearly every restaurant worker in El Paso is a masochist with the salsa, but this burrito was actually good and not too spicy. Normally you have to go to Wyatts to get good pork RIND.

• 11/2/22The caldo had no corn, very little bit of meat, and no limes were included. The flavor overall was good. I've had it many times in the past, and this is the first time I was a bit disappointed. I've gone to Chaparral for years, and everything is delicious.
