This place is so good and tastes authentic. The champurado is insanely good. The tamales slap. The sweet bread and the bolillos were perfect. All around 10/10 :)))

I ordered the Pollo Salsa Verde along with Concha Grande/ChocolateConcha Grande White / Blanca.
Unfortunately, the tameles were terrible. They had no flavor . The chicken was so bland, no salt, no spice nothing. I was so looking forward to enjoying my food.
I find it important that you know about this. You have a wonderful establishment. Honestly, there's no other bakery that comes close, and there's no excuse for not seasoning your food.
The Mexican sweet bread was delicious.

The worst tamales I've ever had. I ordered a red and Queso Chile Verde and they were under cooked. The masa was like mush and the ojas were so tangled up with the undercooked masa that as I tried to unwrap them, they just fell apart. The photo shows what they looked like after unwrapping. The red chile was super salty. Won't be ordering tamales from here again.

Their conchas are so pillowy, and fresh! They are covered in sugar goodness! I would order again, and again! The size is great too.

this is by far the best bakery I've order from.. my god, it took me a few( many) bad trys to finally say yes we can order from here agAin and again ( actually I am ordering now )(do wish all pan were a $ though) tamales aren't bad either
