“I’m used to getting food from the Boca Raton location of Balcon das Américas, where the food is always very good. Today I had the experience of ordering from the Pembroke Pines location, and unfortunately the food was terrible. The rice was hard, bland, and had no seasoning. I was very disappointed with the quality compared to the Boca Raton restaurant.”

food was not fresh the rice came so mushy like it had been sitting in dirty water all day and the meat was chewy. i do not recommend ordering from here at all. if you want to eat this kind of food it's better in the restaurant..

The Ajiaco Completo had almost no chicken today. It's usually good with a nice piece of chicken. Today there were a few pieces of shredded chicken and mostly potatoes. Disappointed.

Unfortunately the chicken was like eating a piece of rubber. I usually order from the one in Sunrise and Commercial and this has never happened. I was very disappointed at the way it tasted. I would not order from this location again!
I had to throw it away, I could not even chew it :(
