This place is hands down the best taco truck in seattle!!! Their salsas are always fresh and house made and absolutely amazing. This was the first time we tried the chiles rellenos and they were fantastic. The burritos are always our go to.

2 chips and only 1 guac that is partly brown. paid $10 for 4 x 4 oz (16 oz) salsa only received 4 ozs.

Portion size was generous.
Saw some rave reviews and decided to try it, but was a bit disappointed. The green chicken enchiladas lacked flavor, typically tomatillos have a specific taste, but the sauce was lackluster. Chicken was dry, and the salsa verde had no spice to it at all. Overall, just kinda "meh".

Both items (burrito mojado and pollo mole quesadilla) were delicious but the portions were HUGE! We definitely had leftovers.

Chile Relleno Burrito was a little too spicy for me. :-(
I also didn't know the Beans were whole black Beans. I was expecting refried and wouldn't have ordered them.
