El Carrito has the best chilaquiles in San Diego! The DIVORCIADOS are so flavorful and the side potatoes are cooked perfectly to complement the dish! Love that they keep the beans in a little container so you can add them where you want too! Highly recommend taking the time to visit the restaurant as well, vibes are immaculate!

ordered chilaquiles, they tasted like the oil they were fried in was old. big portion size though and the machaca was good. The beans I also did not like.
