After living in Mexico for 2 1/2 years, we are very particular about our Mexican food. This restaurant has some of the most legit and delicious dishes we found since being back. Always fresh and generous portions. I would definitely order again!

I just love the food from El Chaparral because it tastes like authentic Mexican food. Oh those refried beans and enchiladas, yum. On my last order I didn’t get the two corn tortillas that I ordered, so I just chalked that up to being busy making that good food!

Food arrived cold, not a dasher problem, they delivered in less than 10 min after pick up. The cheese wasn't even melted on the enchilada, which tells me the enchilada left the restaurant cold, beans and rice were also cold, not even lukewarm. Highly disappointing from such a talked about restaurant.

i have always loved El Chaparral, tonight I revived probably the worst Mexican food I've ever had. EVERYTHING was greasy from the queso (it did have chorizo in it) but the cheese enchiladas, the refried beans, it was absolutely disgusting. there was no taste to it, I mean there might have been which I doubt but you couldn't taste it because of the grease, even the regular cheese was greasy I couldn't even come close to even finishing an enchilada plate. I'm not even for sure if it was cooked correctly since the cheese wasn't melted on the top of the enchiladas. if this is the direction El Chaparral is going they just need to shut their doors.
