I've ordered breakfast burritos from just about every spot on monument and El Faro is my favorite. I order the regular chorizo breakfast burrito and have potatoes added to it. Its super filling, not super oily like others, and it tastes hella good. Tastes epecially delicious with their red salsa.

I love their ground beef burrito bowls. It's enough for leftovers the next day. Always fresh and flavorful. The spicy hot salsa is a favorite too! I love to shake up the burrito bowl and eat it with their tortilla chips. So good!!

Horchata was water downed. The size of the cup for XL used to be bigger. I was willing to pay for smaller cup but today I payed almost $4 for water with hint of horchata. The flavor was not there and sweetness was not there either. I am a customer from 1985.

Oh my gosh! Delicious their crispy tacos are delicious! Burrito bowls are super good! Horchata is Devine! Carne asada tacos well portions and they include limes (for some reason other Mexican restaurants don't include it) stop scrolling and order from here! I wish I can give them 10 stars

The Chicken Tortilla Soup (bowl) is full of delicious flavor! Lots of big pieces of chicken, and so many fresh veggies. Mexican comfort food 😋
