Quesa Birria Tacos were very flavorful. Great consome and spicy sauce served with onions and cilantro on the side. 4 tacos total, plenty of food. Horchata was large and tasted great! Order was ready quickly. Would order again!

The" Fries " were unsatisfactory, essentially just cut up potatoes; and were soggy/under done.
The Pollo Fogon had an okay flavor profile but was very salty and also did not come with tortillas or beans as advertised. The portion of meat was good, but the portion of rice was too small, especially considering there were no beans or tortillas included.
Unfortunately, I would not order again. Definitely not with the price paid for either; even with a promotion.

The Huarache is basically a pan-fried oval-shaped flat pita with toppings (similar to an an open-faced sandwich). Both the Pambazo and the Huarache seemed to be low-sodium. The Aguas frescas horchata and the Pambazo were very good and I would order them again.

I'm far from picky, so I'm sad to say El Fogón fell short. I've never had a bad birria taco in my life, but these were no more than a 5/10. The meat tasted unseasoned and dry, while they consume feels akin to water. They also forgot items in my order, unfortunately. Crazily enough, I'd give this place another shot--I'll just skip the birria.
