I order filet mignon done medium and wedge salad. The filet was done well and was tough. The salad was wilted and warm. The driver waited there for 20 minutes so I know it wasn't his fault. This has ended my love affair with El Gaucho.

Spectacularly disappointing. The steaks were ok not much flavor but at least the right temperature. They absolutely destroyed the Classic Wedge Salads by putting Kalamata olives on them. Completely overwhelmed all other flavors. Hardly any blue cheese or bacon at all. The mashed potatoes were gummy. The lobster Spicy Oregon Crab Bisque was just off had a super funky aftertaste. To add insult to injury, the Old Fashioned Cheesecake was a waxy flavorless block. 260 bucks later and we are left with only a bad taste in our mouths.

Bone in Ribeye was juicy and delicious. Crispy Brussel Sprouts has a really good flavor to it.
