The chefs here are phenomenal! I've never had an order that I didn't like. Burritos the size of a camp fire log and perfectly made. Well done guys.. you're next level!

Very Americanized, low quality Mexican food. I don't usually write reviews, so please allow me to explain. Cheddar was on/in enchiladas, which is not Mexican and doesn't actually go well with salsa verde, traditionally Oaxacan or cotija cheeses are used. There was less than 1/4 cup sauce total on all 3 enchiladas, and the rice was under them not on the side. The beans were 90% water and tasted tinned. I was given 3oz of brown guacamole as a "medium" for $5.50, which is inedible quality and an absorbent price. The pastel de tres leches had chocolate sauce on it for no reason whatsoever and it tasted like something that has been in the fridge for a long time. I used to work at a 3 star restaurant and it tastes like the cakes we would throw out that had been sitting too long in the cooler. I am so disappointed and am shocked by the higher reviews. I either randomly got all bad food on this occasion or people are not familiar with more traditional Mexican food. If there is another place near you, go with that one instead.

We have ordered many times here and the quality is hit or miss- and has gone down overall since our first time ordering. Tonight the guacamole was very very brown and the pico we paid $3 extra for was not like it typically is. The quesadillas were empty on the end and crusty. There was no birria sauce with the birria tacos and the french fries were completely different than they used to be, they were bland and soggy. So $21 for a cheese Quesadilla with brown guac and onions is disappointing.

my partner and i order from el guajillo every single week, and every single time we do we are the happiest ever! tacos de birria = never have found any better than here.

Paid 10 dollars for the largest side of guac but it came in the smallest container and paid three dollars for one table spoon of sour cream. You should add measurements or change the prices. The guac was fine. Wouldnt pay the price for the size. Would not order again.
