Came to pickup order , I stood in line for 20 mins, I tried explaining that I was picking up an order but proceeded to help everyone that came in after I did. Was ignored multiple times. Terrible experience

I had to wait up to 2 hours just for a small menudo and bean burrito and when I called the restaurant no one picked up and I called multiple times not one time did someone answer.
