Absolutely wonderful meal - thankyou so much! Marinated chicken was barbecued perfectly, peppery gravy was unique & flavoursome. Chips, pickles & bread were great accompaniments to the meal. 5 stars

1/2 Chicken Meal (6421 kJ) was not fresh!!! I know fresh charcoal chicken any day but unfortunately, this wasn't it! Fresh charcoal chicken is soft and juicy, not dry and hard! The chips were nice but for the large price I paid, I ought to have got a full-sized serving....Only received a kid's size chips 😥 Such a bad quality meal for a whopping $28!! I will NEVER order from El Jannah again!!

Charcoal Chicken Roll (3184 kJ) was decent in size but lacked flavour. chicken tasted a bit like useful leftover cuts put into a wrap branded as an original menu item. couldn't find the tomato & garlic sauce was barely detectable. next time I'd go with their chicken & chips, despite that portion size being underwhelming.

Tenders that were so dry that they broke off in my mouth, bland chicken in the burger (lucky I ordered "spicy"), and the roll was full of grease at the bottom of the packaging. Add in missing drinks, and sauce, we were very disappointed in our first and last try.

Have eaten in the restaurant and from delivery, and the food quality & service is second to none. Absolutely amazing food, incredible value for what you get, and healthy to boot :3
