The Charcoal Box (6503 kJ) is delicious. It comes with a good amount of chips, not the small handful that is usual in box meals. The chicken piece is well cooked and tender.

Items were stone cold upon arrival. Grilled chicken burger was dripping in sauce, with a tiny slice of chicken found in there eventually. Very disappointing, this is my first and last time ordering from this place.

I was looking forward to trying this so much but when I got it the chicken pieces and chicken in the burger were almost uneatable the crispy coating was so thick and dry that I could barely bite through it. The chicken inside was also extremely dry like it had been sitting around for hours. After being so excited to try it I was very disappointed.

Great charcoal and fried chicken Tenders (4 Pcs) (1787 kJ). Chips less so, a bit underooked and limp. Gravy and honey mustard sauce good also.

the chicken had clearly been sitting around for hours in a bain marie. parts of it were as hard as a rock.
just trying to make sure you squeeze every cent of profit out of it = bad food.
