• 9/8/25The Mojadara dajaj was delicious! it's hard to find in Sydney because some places that used to make it have switched to plain rice due to various cultures' preferences for not mixing rice and beans.
The last chicken shish I had was better than this one, but this one was still OK. The chicken was tougher than usual. I'm not sure why. Taste is great. I'll give it another try on a later date.
Getting free za'atar pita bread with a main purchase is a great deal. I usually eat it for brekkie the next day with some lettuce and sliced tomato.
