Their customer service was amazing!! The calentando was just like I make it at home, cafe con leche tasted so good and the empanadas were incredible but my favorite was the plátano asado con queso!!

The Bandeja Paisa was good and come with a large serving of food. The Side de Aguacate was delicious and ful of avocado slices. The Empanadas de Carne, Pollo o Queso of chicken are super delicoius and juicy. The Ajiaco was large and tasty. However, the ajiaco was MISSING the arepa that was suppose to come with each of the ajiaco soup. I cannot understand WHY the restaurant ALWAYS forgets to add the arepa ALWAYS.
We are paying $15.99 for each of the 3 soup order that is suppose to come with rice, AREPA, and a SALAD. We only got the 3 large soups with rice and 1 slice of AVOCADO. NO AREPA AND NO SALAD. This is not acceptable that your business keeps on doing this. Please send 1 arepa for each soups were order.

La Bandeja Paisa era buena y venía con una gran porción de comida. El Side de Aguacate estaba delicioso y lleno de rodajas de aguacate. Las Empanadas de Carne, Pollo o Queso de pollo son súper deliciosas y jugosas. El Ajiaco era grande y sabroso. Sin embargo, al ajiaco le faltaba la arepa que se suponía que vendría con cada sopa de ajiaco. No puedo entender POR QUÉ el restaurante SIEMPRE se olvida de agregar la arepa a cada una de las sopas aliadas. SIEMPRE.
Estamos pagando $15.99 por cada una de las 3 órdenes de sopa que se supone que vienen con arroz, AREPA y ENSALADA. Solo nos dieron 3 sopas grandes con arroz y 1 rodaja de AGUACATE. SIN AREPA NI ENSALADA. No es aceptable que su empresa siga haciendo esto. Por favor envíe 1 arepa por cada sopa que pida.

The Ajiaco, the Empanadas de Carne, Pollo o Queso, the Sancocho de Gallina, and Empanadas de Carne, Pollo o Queso, were delicious.
However, the 3 ajiaco were missing their respective arepas. Also, the $4.50 Quesito was super thin and small compared to the usual thickness this white cheese is suppose come with. Very disappointing that you keep sending the ajiaco soups without the arepas and also keep sending us a small thin slice of white cheese that cost us $4.50.

The breaded chicken breast was greasy and had no taste. The menu said it would come with sweet plantains, but it came with tostones ( which were horrible ). The beef empanadas were also greasy. On top of that, the delivery took longer. Total waste of my money. I don't recommend this restaurant.

I've eat Men Mondongo soup at many, many, many, many places and I know what Mondongo soup is supposed to smell and taste like. Sadly, this mondongo soup is very smelly and very salty. Unfortunately, this Mondongo smelled like cow's feet. I don't think these cow's tripes were washed well. Please wash the tripes aka mondongo better before cooking it so it doesn't smell like cow's feet.
The chicken Ajiaco or chicken stew was very tasty. My husband and children loved it.
The Ensalada de Aguacate was very tasty.
The Empanadas de Carne, Pollo o Queso had good flavor.
The Quesito was soft, mild, not too salty, and fresh.
Besides this problem the I ordered 3 Ajiaco chicken soups with a side of rice, arepa, and salad. All 3 came with 1 slice of avocado and rice, but NO AREPA CAME FOR ALL 3 SOUPS.
