Pozole Verde / Green Pozole is super flavorful taste homemade just perfect for the cold weather. The Huevos con Chorizo / Eggs Scrambled with Mexican Sausage was also very delicious unlike most places it was not greasy

The most scrumptious blend of tortilla soup with vegetables I think we've ever had. The broth is amazing everytime we're in Rancho we will eat here. Other items on the menu are great as well!

Chilaquiles are tortilla fried with salsa and eggs cooked separately and laid over the top. Topped with queso and sour cream like the picture they have. Salsa itself very bland. Little to no queso. More like scrambled eggs with tortillas mixed in. Same goes for my son's plate of Red Chilaquiles. More like scrambled eggs and tortillas rather.

Ordered the original enchiladas in steak and chicken and rice. The chicken ones weren't bad, although there was a strange aftertaste on the sauce. The steak was very subpar. The pieces were inundated with fat, and also had the same weird after taste. The rice was mediocre. I was hopefully for this place but will not be ordering again.

The whole potato in my cocido was way undercooked . Couldn't cut it ! No side of rice was sent . My husbands Sopa de Tortilla / Tortilla Soup was bland and sparse on all ingredients . I have ordered these MANY times and been satisfied . My main on going complaint is when ordering two or three full dinners, including a $15 order of guacamole, they refuse to send more than a handful of chips ! I would gladly pay for them but they do not have them on the online menu . I have been a customer since they opened the door . I'm frustrated ! The kitchen is losing a good customer !
