I ordered the Fajita Quesadilla & it was amazing. I did a mix between the steak & chicken and it was very tasty. Both cooked to perfection. It's huge & it doesn't come cut but other than that it's fantastic!! & It was my first time ordering from here too. Also get some of that Diced Tomatillo Sauce!!! *Y'all know red or green sauce? It's the green one. :)*

As ALWAYS, the BEST place in Memphis and The Bartlett area! Mr. Bruces Nachos are so good and so huge that the picture I posted online is after I ate all I could without popping, and it still looked like a full order. Wow, you could feed a small family with one order. Every single thing that I have tried on the menu has been remarkable. You can't say that about many eateries. Once again, BRAVO EL MOLINO!

Chile Relleno was good. I think next time, I would like to get Nachos with just chicken, veggies & cheese dip. All of the chicken was cooked just right, but some of the scrimp was undercooked, some of the steak was tough, & the sausage did not really stand out. I did like the flavor of the cheese dip on all of it and & there was enough of it and the chips to go with the meats & veggies. Thank you.

The shrimp was under cooked and a side of shrimp was 7 tiny shrimp for 7$ it was also lacking flavor... rice little over cooked chicken easgood and cheese dipnwasgood. .

This Restaurant is one of the Jewels of the Bartlett & Memphis area. The food is absolutely delicious. It is always hot & fresh. it's prepared EXACTLY the way you ask for it to be prepared. The staff is so friendly & professional. They make the most incredible homemade Salsa and I have never had anything from their menu that wasn't remarkable! They are generous with the portions, and are fair as far as price. I will continue to support this family owned local business because they cook with love & care and you can taste it in every single recipe! I have dubbed El Molino as my new favorite Restaurant in Memphis. I hear the Margarittas are to die for as well. I can't wait to find out when I visit in person. If the chef is not married, I might even propose, lol. It's THAT GOOD!!!
