Probé la hamburguesa del Parche Caleño Food Truck y solo tengo una palabra: ESPECTACULAR.
El pan suave, el queso derretido en su punto, la carne jugosa y llena de sabor… todo perfectamente balanceado. Además, las papas crujientes por fuera y suaves por dentro, como deben ser.
Se nota el amor con el que cocinan y la calidad de los ingredientes. El servicio fue rápido, amable y con ese calor humano colombiano que uno siempre agradece.
Si estás en Miami y no has pasado por El Parche Caleño, te estás perdiendo de una de las mejores hamburguesas callejeras de la ciudad. ¡Recomendadísimo!

OMG !! I ordered a Pachanguera con Papas Fritas / Pachanguera with Fries for me & Salchipapa Papi Maduro for my dad and we both loved it ! My Pachanguera con Papas Fritas / Pachanguera with Fries is so big and loaded it's for like 4 people I'm so excited to come and buy again ! Also my dad said he feels like a little boy again in Colombia.. he ate his plate so fast due to it being SO GOOD I didn't have time to take a picture LOL , I'm very satisfied with my food it's so fresh and great customer service; very nice people that work at a fast paced. Thank you parche caleño 10 out of 10 !

This burger was a cheesy beast! The melted cheese was literally overflowing super gooey and rich in flavor. The patty was juicy, the veggies fresh, and the toasted bun held everything together surprisingly well despite the cheesy madness. Fries were golden and crispy, just how I like them. Definitely a comfort food bomb not for the faint of heart, but perfect if you’re craving something indulgent. Will order again!

Wow that Burger was AMAZING nunca en probado una hamburguesa tan deliciosa, creo si crean sus propias papas fritas con un sabor unico rompen el sistema, realmente les recomiendo este lugar
