El Grande Burrito is an insane burrito at an insanely good price! Well seasoned, tasty, giant!! It was longer than my arm and weight what felt like two pounds! Store took good care to wrap it nicely. My only advice is to skip it if you're farther away because it got a little soggy - or ask for the pico de gallo on the side.

I am sick and wanted a huge bowl of chicken soup. This was so yummy!! I love that it comes with Mexican rice and a huge tortilla. Great flavor and huge portion. Big enough for two portions. Door Dash guy was quick and handled my food with care. Thank you!

Looking for great Mexican food for yourself or out of town guests; El Patron is the place for traditional Mexican food! I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed - the huge Shrimp Cocktail comes with premium shrimp, celery, diced onion, avocado chunks, etc. I also had the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo; shrimp with rice, beans and warm tortillas. We completed our order with the Two Shredded Beef Enchiladas and Two Shredded Chicken Enchiladas, both of which were also generously portioned and delicious. Our food was delivered hot and fresh, by a smiling, pleasant "Dasher", for an all-around great experience! We will DEFINITELY order from El Patron again in the future, and I highly recommend this "gem" tucked away in the Mira Mesa locale. Our compliments to the owners and staff for your great food and service, and your extensive menu choices!

The food here is so fresh and delicious every time. They don't oversalt the food like other places. Very reasonably priced. I tried Ramon's Favorite Burrito . It tasted homemade.

Ordered a bean and cheese burrito (HUGE!), A hashbrown bfast burrito (HUGE!) and a shredded beef taco. Value was terrific and food exceptional. Portions were amazing and their salsas all terrific as well. Wish it was closer to home, but this is officially my new spot for Mexican food!
