The lomo saltado is so flavorful! I would always crave it from El Pollo Inka when I was pregnant. The aji sauce is a must. I love to drench my food in the sauce... the spicier the better! Just sucks that with COVID, the bread and sauce are at an extra cost. My to go and pick up orders didn't even include the soup.

Portio for the Saltado de Pollo was small.
The soup was watery and lacked flavor.

Food was good but the soup is very small for $5.50 you get 2 small strips of chicken in the soup. 1 pc of bread for .75 if I knew that I would have ordered a few pcs. Rice was a good portion.

We usually LOVE pollo inka but today the poll Saltado de Pollo was not its usual best. The rice was super doughy and some parts super hard. Very little chicken (pollo) as well. Hope this was just an off night becau I love this place.

This dish comes with the smallest amount of shrimp ive ever seen and it cost $20. I wish this app allowed me to post the photo. Rice was good. Dish is overall greasy as well.
