The topping inside the bowl was old I don't know if it was at the end of it but tomatoes and cilantro was bad the rice was under cooked and over stuffed in the bowl along with the beans collectively together it was a dry mess the upgrade for white meat was a waste, I got a 4 bites of meat lol for a bowl of rice with a sprinkle of beans ... good thing when I called they had no problem in fixing it and I will continue to order from this location. now yall Decatur location im. calling corporate unacceptable for the behavior of the night shift over there

The prices keep going up but the amount of chicken in the meal keeps going down! Hard to find any chicken in my bowls.

My drink didn't taste like raspberry tea nor had any ice in it. For future service keep up with drink standards

I wanted cinnamon and sweet and I got it! They arrived hot and fresh enough. The package was not sealed. I don't like that but I see that all the restaurants are trying to make it mandatory to seal all packaging being picked up by Dashers. I appreciate the effort.
