Absolutely terrible experience. Several items missing from "family chicken meal." It should be obvious what items are supposed to be included, as it's a MEAL with a number of items that are supposed to be included. Don't be fooled by the commercials which show robust and good sized pieces of chicken...on top of several missing items, chicken was super scrawny.

Double Chicken Tostada Salad were good as usual, but the chips were completely stale even the Chips & Guacamole Large we paid extra for. .

Ordered a Pollo Bowl and they forgot the Pollo part. Scrapes of chicken and filled to the brim with beans and rice. The el pollo in Aliso Viejo is stingy af with their chicken.
