Double Chicken Tostada my salad was missing the Sour Cream which my Mom did not want. I didn't want the Salsa Roja and my Mom's salad was missing the Salsa Roja. It's as if they read what each Salad didn't want and they took it out of both Salads. Taste is great. Portion sizes are very good for the price it was good for 2 meals for the both of us. Caramel Flan was good.

I got the spicy tenders, they ain't nothing spicy they just cost them on red "chilli" powder not even good, they yare not crispy is more like foggy I couldn't eat the rest,the taste in this is bad,and I do Love pollo loco but this was a huge disappointment, also they put a nugget as a tender.. bruh

I had a classic chicken taco salad. The diced chicken was hard, dry and not overly flavorful. I had delicious fresh fried churros. I also ordered passion fruit mango ice tea. The tea flavor was way to over powering & needed more mango flavor.

The rice is old and it looks like they fried it or mixed in some oil. There are hard bits that hurt my tooth when I bit down. This is actually the second time this has happened, there was a previous order with the same rice issue and I bit down on a hard piece that hurt the same tooth.

We ordered sauces after having placed our first order and paid extra to include avocado sauce and pico de gallo but it was not included. The rice was dry and the beans were very watery. We were very disappointed by the quality of the side dishes.
