This El Pollo Loco is not fresh. The Classic Tostada shell was not fresh, not crispy but chewy and stale. The chicken was tough I could barely chew it, and the lettuce was brown and tasted rotten. Other El PolloLoco stores have fresh ingredients, not this one.

The Rotisserie chicken here is usually good and very moist. Last order was awful! Very dry and disappointing. Will try one more time.
