ordered lunch and dinner this day - love El Pollo Loco foods - always so fresh and tasty. The Classic Double Chicken Chopped Salad and Double Chicken Bowl were amazingly fresh and so filling. The 8pc Family Feast provided dinner and lunch the next day!!

I requested no chicken on the double chicken looks like I got triple chicken. Very dry which I am shocked. I'm missing some of the stuff included in my bowl. Meat was salty I wanted to taste the meat I wasn’t impressed it had gristle we had to add our own stuff to doctor it up

My chicken Classic Tostada was lacking chicken. It literally had only 7 small pieces of chicken. Not worth the money.

Once again the 3 pieces of chicken were burnt black! What I am seeing is this El Polo in Eastland Plaza does not value their customers especially not their Door Dash customers. Sad because they used to be very good.
