The chicken was yummy but very small pieces it was like miniature! So it was a rip off for the price!

Long time fan of their grilled chicken. They have introduced salads and bowls. I have gotten in past, all white meat. Today the EP bowl, it has dark meat mixed in, and gristly thigh meat. So I read closely the descriptions, now all of them say "chopped grilled chicken". Yuck. Paying premium price for these bowls and salads, not for dark and thigh meat. Seems they have changed their wording as well.

Normally love El Pollo Loco however, this time they didn't have all the stuff in my order in the bag. Disappointing.

Did not supply correct we ordered coleslaw and didn't get it but paid for it. Chicken also wasn't fresh.
