Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco were not good. Chicken was dry and burnt and hard. They burned one and tried to add another tortilla over it and and fried it again. No flavor. And texture was poor. Chicken Taco al Carbon was dry. Stop using pre chopped chicken that's been laid out all day and use fresh chicken off the grill.

I just think they overcooked my chicken, it was very very dry and hard to chew. Unless I took off the black parts of the chicken then it was decent but still dry. The avocado they put in there was dark and mushy and didn't taste good. My taco was ok but I didn't like the bowl. Chips were also stale and not crunchy. Green salsa was very watered down or something.

My taco was burnt and wasn't really fresh.The order was wrong because I asked for no cheese.The chicken was rubbery
