Unsatisfactory. It's overpriced for what you get - being somehow more expensive than real el pollo loco. The beans are mush, the rice is bland, and the meat tastes like the chicken was slaughtered far too long ago. Go literally anywhere else

Churros had zero cinnamon on them. The Street Corn Loaded Quesadilla was very bland, had almost no corn in it and only one tiny piece of a chopped red pepper. The chicken was ok. Normally I wouldn't have given a heart rating... But the tacos? They were divine. Best I've had in the last 30 years. Will definitely order them again because they more than made up for the rest of the order.

6 dollars for the smallest amount of instant mashed potatoes is so disappointing and 5 chips on a small bag for a burrito bowl is just lunatic. never again. do not order from here

Was good tasting but extremely over priced and the portion size was perfect for me but wouldn't be for the average eater.

Tried this place for the first time and I'm so disappointed. The chicken in my salad was burnt and extremely dry. My husband had a Baja chicken tostada bowl and his chicken was super burnt too. I didn't even get the side of of shrimp I ordered so I wouldn't know if it's good or not. We got an extra bowl of limp lettuce. Confusing... not worth the money.
