3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was fresh and juicy. Really delicious. Chips & Guacamole Regular are always crisp. This is the best El Pollo Loco.

Always satisfied with the crew and manager here in the Anaheim location, Ball & Anaheim Blvd. Never have we been disappointed. We do however have a problem ordering ten or more chicken wings. There must be way we can pre-order for the following day and schedule a time to pick them up as a customer service to the community? Someone at the Irvine office needs to address this. Black beans are the most tasty of all and BAM! pulled from off your menu, why?

Great chicken, much fresher than fried alternatives. Lots of flavour and very tender. Good chips and sides. First time trying this place, but I'm impressed.

food was cold and not secured at all. the $9 Mashed Potatoes with Gravy was like gravy soup. they must've run out and just filled the tub with water :( + plus chicken was dry and hard. if I was them,I'd be embarrassed by this order
