I've been getting BRC burritos for decades. This one was much smaller, had hardly any beans, no cheese that I could find and the rice was overcooked and crunchy.

The sodas were flat which is sad bc this is my favorite place and I'm usualy a regular customer. We had to pour out our drinks because they were basically water. Sad to think that was $6 worth of product.

The plastic bag that carried the food is terrible to open!! it was very non-user-friendly having to pull it stretch it and then use scissors to finally try to get the thing opened.
Also, since I didn't add beans, it would've been nice to have extra rice to make up for that.

Very disappointing. Not much flavor. Chicken pieces very sparse. I won't be ordering again
