This is one of the very few stores that still seal its packaging so no tampering may occur. The chicken and all items are quite tasty! I trust this restaurant and its service!

I ordered the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo. The chicken was extremely dry, overcooked and hard. Very hard to eat. Never had this problem before. The third piece of chicken was a small scrap of chicken which was not edible. I threw most of it away. Mash potato was the only thing to eat. I may go back to KFC.

The lettuce in the tostada salad was old, wilted, and there wasn't much of it. After picking out the old pieces, hardly any was left. So disappointing because I've never had that experience at any El Pollo Loco before.

I really appreciated how the 9 meals that were delivered were packaged. When I am separating the meals out for the people here at my work it was so easy not to search around for each item. This was greatly appreciated. Delivered on time.

This chicken was so dry and hard I had to put it in the trash I want be ordering anything else from El Pollo Loco one of the chicken breast was so dark and hard I didn't even know what part of the chicken it was.
