normally the food I get from here are pretty good. however this Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito was horrible. the chicken was extremely chewy and connected by fat and tendons. also, I like spicy food but this was insanely spicy, and there was barely any avocado or beans AT ALL

I've loved El Pollo Loco for so long many many years. My problem is is sometimes it taste very stale. I miss the tortilla soup which was probably one of the best soups I've ever had. I'm just very picky about their salads and that's what's tasting stale to me even the tortilla shells that may wrap the salad taste too oily and like they've been on the shelf for a while I'm concerned El Pollo.

chicken did not have seasoning was hard and pieces were small. they forgot all of dressings, salsa. the corn was old and hard. the soup was rancid and very sour. Will never order from them again.

This was not a leg and thigh. This was a scrawny version of dry chicken breast. Not what I ordered. Do better

Missing 4 pieces of chicken, rice was Rick hard and filled half way as was the Mac and cheese. Horrible horrible food!
