Double chicken was fresh and a large amount of exactly whst the menu said. Delicious and good price . Would order again . Chicken was tender and tasty.
The chicken dinner was also a large amint for a good price fresh and tasty coldlaw, rice and tender 3 pieces of chicken cooked to perfection!

all the skin was missing from the chicken and the salad was just lettuce and tortilla strips. the chicken was dry. will not be ordering again.

The most disappointing meal I've ever had from Pollo Loco. The chicken was way over cooked. The pieces had shrunk under what seemed hours of reheating. It tasted like burnt, extra extra salted..thing. I would suggest not ordering delivery, but order and choose your pieces in store.

Can't go wrong with the Double Chicken Bowl. They give a nice amount of everything, the food comes warm, and it's delicious!

Ordered Creamy Chipotle Quesadilla and just got a regular quesadilla. Only chicken and cheese. Nothing creamy or chipotle about it. pid extra for no reason.
